Fine Pair of Italian Miquelet Flintlock Pistols - Fine pair of cast Italian miquelet flintlock pistols, signed P. Greco to the silver mounted lion-head butt plate and signed double spring locks and engraved lock plates by P. Feo. Frizzen dated 1813 in steel. Cased later in a beautiful tufted red velvet and mahogony wood with an engraved (CMU?) dated 1908 brass plaque. Barrels struck with three hammers marks each including a large gilt Real Fabbrica ” R ” under the crown with various flowers and circular struck marks. Barrel is octagonal to round on each pistol and engraved over several places with Medici-like orbs. Walnut stocks with checkered designs and original ramrods in steel, original belt hooks to each. Size each 9 1/2” L, barrel 4 3/4” L
