Octagonal blued steel barrel proof marked and stamped (V, P) under crowns and reading to the top (ADDRESS. COL. COLT, LONDON). Silver plated brass trigger guard and body stamped with serial number (47902). Original boxed case with label reading (EDWARD WHISTLER, AGENT, Silversmith, Jeweler 7 Match Maker, etc.…). Year of Manufacture 1852. Including an all original and complete box set with original key & brass tag (29) and all accessories. Colt blued & gilt original pocket powder horn marked (COLT POCKET FLASK, JAMES DIXON & SONS, SHEFFIELD) retaining original finishes. Original bullet mold stamped (Colt's Patent, 31Pkt). Original pistol caps marked (WATERPROOF, PISTOL CAPS, THE BEST QUALITY, W&C ELEY, MANUFACTURES, LONDON). Wood textured grips original.
