Italian Stiletto Dagger, 17th century - 17th century Italian all steel atiletto dagger with a flat double edged blade that has a central fuller with illegible inscription to one side. A heavy and well made dagger the guard and grip in thick steel with an original peened over pommel. Stiletto daggers were popular weapons during the Renaissance period in Europe, particularly in Italy. They were favored by assassins, spies, and individuals engaged in clandestine activities due to their ability to deliver precise, lethal thrusts.
