Asian (Sho or Shen) Mouth Organ, 19th/20th c.
Probably Chinese Shen or Japanese Sho mouth organ with seventeen pipes from the late 19th or early 20th century and bound with rattan and cloth. The pipes labeled with various written characters somewhat illegible, slightly curved mouth piece and lacquered in a black and red pigment. Size 16 1/2" H x 6 1/2" W
