Indian Two-hand Battle Axe ”Recovered from Evidence Locker”, 19th-20th C. - Heavy Indian battle axe with crescent moon blade incised and stippled with India in text and floral patterns. The shaft primarily a ribbed wood slightly bent from extensive use with a tall wavy bladed spike, the rear of the axe a trident spiked with additional stippling and foliage patterns. Size 30 3/4” L, blade 5 3/4” L Condition: blade loose from handle/tip blade, iron plug loose, as-is condition
