The Last a frame in silver with two coins 1(Two Real of Castille) dated 1474-1516 A.D. Struck in Castile long before Spain was a united kingdom. Circulated up to the time of pirates sailed the Spanish Main. Financed many an expedition including one by Columbus. 2(Silver Besant 1274-1287 A.D. Struck at Tripollis in Syria for Bechmund VII, prince of Antioch. Has the cross in a frame of 12 crescents on one side and a castle in a similar frame on the other.
