Two Tlatilco D-2 Type Heads - Group of Tlatilco, middle preclassic circa 1200-500 BC pottery fragment heads. Both with excellent remaining details to the facial features. Pierced and hollowed slit eyes, triangular protruding noses, and expressive mouths. Each wearing applied headdress or turban. Size of largest approximately 2 1/8” H, 4 3/8” H on custom stand. Condition: Fragments of larger pieces, overall good remaining preserved condition.
