Persian Ceramic Tile of Sultan - Nicely painted and glazed ceramic tile. A sultan stands left facing, wearing a beautiful yellow turban, with cream colored robes. He has a thick full white beard and mustache, with a solemn expression. He is framed in flora with a light olive green background. Inscription to right face. Size 7 1/2” H x 5 1/4” W Condition: Crackle to glaze with minor losses to face as shown.
