Kuba Slaver's Knife w/stand
Fine knife with a traditional wood handle featuring bands of geometric incising, flat circular pommel top, bulbous base to grip, and carved to width of blade, the blade itself wavy with double edge and a strong central ridge that is flat with incising to the space around it towards the tip which is flattened at the sides. Size 13 1/8" H, museum quality stand included.
Marked to handle with old Museum inventory number from unknown institution (80.97.19). For a similar example see the (Brooklyn Museum of Art Accession # 1995.171.4 )
Condition: As-is condition with minor losses and patina throughout.
