Novitchkov (1969-) was born in Moscow, Russia and graduated from the St. Petersburg Academy of Arts with a degree in “Painting and Composition” under the guidance of Professor Alexey Nikolaevich Sukhovetsky, a people’s artist of the Russian Federation. Serguei’s paintings are primarily dedicated to landscape art, often characterized by romantic, lyrical, and abstract themes, as well as genre painting. For many years, he has actively participated in both online and in-person exhibitions. Since 2000, he has lived and worked in Los Angeles, California.
