HOWARD HACK, ”JESUS ON THE CROSS” - ”Jesus On The Cross”, an original mixed media work of art by listed artist, Howard Hack circa 1957. A unique piece in that there is a wood carving on the back, and was made in San Miguel Allende, Mexico. This piece measures in the frame, 15'' H x 21'' W. Howard Edwin Hack (July 6, 1932 – June 11, 2015) was an American representational painter and graphic artist, with works in numerous museum collections. Known for an innovative approach to a variety of media, as well as use of traditional oil paints, Hack began working in the late 1940s.
