UTAGAWA HIROSHIGE, ”TEMPLE AT ASAKUSA” - ”Kinryūzan Temple at Asakusa”, a famous Japanese ukiyo-e woodblock print by listed artist, Utagawa Hiroshige. In a period frame, this piece is in excellent condition, dated 1931 on the verso and measures in frame, 13.75'' H x 18.5'' W. The print depicts a scene from the Edo period (17th to 19th centuries) of the Kinryūsan Sensōji, a popular Buddhist temple in Asakusa, Edo (modern-day Tokyo).
