This ring is made of platinum (stamped), centered with a prong set old mine cut diamond set into a raised pierced gallery with one bezel set square shape synthetic medium dark blue sapphire and three single cut diamonds set to each side of the pierced dome band. Size 5.75 with a total approx. weight of 2.5 grams.
