BENT TEAK CAPRANI FLOOR LAMP, DENMARK
A bent Teak Caprani floor lamp from Denmark. An iconic design, circa 1970s. This lamp is in good working condition. The shade has seen better days and will either need a thorough cleaning or replacement. This lamp measures 60'' H x 21'' W (shade width). The history of Caprani lamps is tied to the life of Danish designer Mads Caprani and his family, who were forced to move around Denmark during World War II to avoid detection by the Nazis.
