Articulated Swan Chariot - Made by J. & E. Stevens Company. Cromwell, Ct. - 1890's - ” Long. This glorious fantasy toy presents us with an image of a young girl being drawn through the waters by a flapping winged swan. She lays in what appears to be an open giant sized clam shell. As the toy is played with, the swan's wings move vigorously. Typically, owing to the great fragility of this toy, one finds examples with significant restoration. However, the Haradin specimen is flawless mint condition and includes the original box. Condition: Mint Condition with Original Box.
