Large Tin Hook and Ladder - Made by the George Brown Company. Forestville, Connecticut - Circa 1870's. This early tin fire toy is spectacular in every detail. George Brown produced this toy in two different sizes. This is the larger model and it measures a whopping 32 inches long. Remarkably, it still retains the original tin ladders, pike poles and two fire buckets. This is a very rare opportunity to be able to acquire such a ”world class” museum quality early American tin toy. Condition: Pristine Condition.
