Mechanical Butter Churner - On a Very Scarce Green Base. Made by Ives, Blakeslee & Company. Bridgeport, Ct. - Ca. 1880 - 10” Tall. The condition of this toy is truly dazzling. When wound, the industrious lady churns her butter, firmly and rhythmically moving the churn's dasher up and down. This wooden pole functions to separate the yellow butter fat from the milk fat. Condition: Near Mint Condition. Works well.
