Clown and Dog Bell Ringer - Made by the Gong Bell Company. East Hampton, Ct. - Circa 1895. Circus themed toys have always been very popular among collectors of vintage toys. This vividly hued bell toy would certainly be no exception to that enthusiasm. When the toy is played with, both the clown and the poodle pivot in place, creating an exciting motion and some pleasing bell chiming. This is an extremely exceptional example of this toy.
