The design for the Cat & Mouse Bank is based on a Victorian mantle clock form. For certainly, the bank's imagery draws from the English nursery rhyme ”Hickory, Dickory Dock”. In this telling of the story, the cat and mouse play together. Works well. Part of the William Werbell Collection. Condition: Very Fine Condition.
