Rare Miniature Hook & Ladder - Cast Iron Toy
Made by Ives, Blakeslee & Company. Bridgeport, Ct. - Ca. 1912. From the Collection of Frank Kidd. The red carriage body is very unusual for this toy. This feature, coupled with the elevated ladder supports, indicate that the toy dates to 1912. It retains both firemen and the original wood ladders.
Condition: Near Mint with Original Wood Box.
