Early Automotive Hook & Ladder - Cast Iron Toy - Made by the Hubley Mfg. Company. Lancaster, Pa. - Ca. 1910 - 16” Long. These early fire trucks are often referred to as ”transitional” because their silhouettes and specifications greatly resemble those of their horse driven precursors. Hubley ornamented the body of this fire vehicle with a spread-winged eagle and patriotic chevron. Condition: Excellent with Outstanding Patina.
