Indian Face with Tomahawks Spelter Bank - Germany - 1910's - 3” Tall. Illustrated as #613 in PGSB. Ex - Donal Markey Collection. This magnificent quality spelter face bank was originally in the collection of Donal Markey. Donal felt that the small gold heart-shaped lock reduced the aesthetic appeal of the face bank series. To remedy this problem, he slipped the locks off and stored them inside the heads.
