Hebrew Classic: Sefer Turei Even, Metz 1781. First Edition -   First edition of the famed Sefer Turei Even, authored by R. Aryeh Leib Ginsburg (1695-1785), commonly known as the “Sha’agas Aryeh” after his magnum opus responsa work entitled Shaagas Ayreh. Turei Even contains novellae on tractates Rosh Hashanah, Chagigah and Megillah. A most fundamental and sought after work, and has been reprinted dozens of times ever since its release.
