Sefer Rav Mordechai - First Edition with Hagahos Maharam Tiktin, Cracow 1598 - Sefer Rav Mordechai, Cracow, 1598. Legal rulings according to the rulings of the Geonim and Tosafos, by R. Mordechai b. Hillel Ashkenazi.  An early and important edition of the rulings of Rav Mordechai, one of the most important ancient poskim, who was killed al Kiddush Hashem in Nuremberg in 1298. The first edition with glosses of R. Menachem David of Tiktin - Maharam Tiktin, which were published by his son. This copy also has pages of ”Halachos Ketanos” at end, which aren't found in other copies.  In overall good condition, with some light stains. Minor marginal worming on some pages. Bound in original wooden binding; boards are damaged and partly loose.
