Hebrew Classic! Sefer Ketzos Hachoshen - Complete Set In Two Volumes, First Edition.
Set of perhaps the utmost fundamental book used in the Yeshiva world: Sefer Ketzos Hachoshen on Shulchan Aruch Choshen Mishpat, authored by R. Aryeh Leib Heller. Complete in two volumes. First edition; volume one was printed in Lemberg in 1786, and volume two was printed only ten years later, in 1796.
The final 15 leaves of volume one contain "Kuntres Hasfeikos", a composition based on the Shach's work, Tukfo Kohen. A poem written in honor of the author and his monumental work is seen on verso of final leaf of volume 2.
Both volumes are in good condition; bound in old bindings, worn (mismatched).
Volume I: [3], 129, 15 pp. Small tears at lower corner of first [4] leaves, not affecting text. Light water stains to some leaves. Old binding, worn and partly damaged. Various ownership inscriptions on title page and front end paper. 34.5cm
Volume II: [2], 111, [3] pp. Minor worming to final several leaves, otherwise in very good condition. Small open tear seen on title page. 34cm.
