Commentary on parts of Yoreh De'ah, authored by R. Elchanan Ashkenazi of Shotland, printed with the approbation of the Hafla'ah and others. He was disciple of the R. Tzvi Hirsch Charif (author of "Kos Yeshuos"), and R. Yaakov Poperes Katz, author of Shev Yaakov. 


Sidrei Taharah has become a classic commentary since it was first published, and was subsequently reprinted in many editions of the Shulchan Aruch. 


A perfect copy in very good condition, bound in a new half-leather binding. Previous ownership inscriptions seen on title page.
