The fundamental work pertaining to the laws of Orach Chaim, authored by R. Efraim Zalman Margulies of Brody (1762-1828). This work deals primarily with the laws and customs of the Yamim Noraim – Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kippur, Sukkos, as well as parts of Yoreh De’ah (Mourner’s Kaddish). Ever since its publication, it has been one of the primary Halachic sources, and is recognized as such till this very day. Likewise, it is often quoted by the Mishnah Berurah as a primary source to the relevant Minhagim and Halachos.  A beautiful copy!
