Glosses in his handwriting are seen on some pages. R. Yehudah Yerucham Fishel Perlow or Perla (1846-1934) was best known for his commentary on R. Saadia Gaon's enumeration of the 613 commandments. Around the age of 15 he went to Łomża to study under R. Yehoshua Leib Diskin. Later he studied in the Volozhin Yeshiva and was a leading student of R. Naftali Zvi Yehuda Berlin. Later he moved to Brisk and studied under R. Chaim Soloveitchik. In very good condition, printed on high-quality paper. Lacking [1] leaf of the preface. 60 pp.
