Sefer Haminhagim – With Passover Haggadah, Amsterdam 1775. With Striking Woodcuts. - A rare edition of Sefer Haminhagim, which contains the blessings, customs and prayers for the entire year, arranged according to the Holiday cycle. This edition also features striking woodcuts depicting the various scenes according to the Jewish life cycle. Many of the instructions appear in Spanish, for the benefit of the Marrano community residing in Amsterdam.  In addition, the complete text of the Haggadah is published here for use during Passover, according to the Sephardic rite.  This edition is very rare. Bound in a new, ornate full leather binding with marbled endpapers. Paper slightly browned, like all Amsterdam imprints from this era. 48 pp. 15cm.
