Classic: Sefer Korban Nesanel, Karlsruhe 1755. First Edition. - This classic work of Korban Nesanel was written by R. Nesanel Weil, one of the great sages of his generation. In his younger years he studied under the Great R. Avraham Braude, author of 'Eishel Avraham', and ultimately became one of his prized disciples. This first edition features a magnificent title page which apparently was in part hand drawn by a professional artist. Seen at the top of the title page is an eagle, with the abbreviation 'Kan Tzippor', which refers to R. Weil's work Korban Nesanel. Sefer Korban Nesanel was the very first Hebrew book ever printed in Karlsruhe. Tile page is attached to paper for reinforcement. Small tear on title slightly affecting text.
