Sefer Mishnas D’Rabbi Akiva, Furth 1781. Only Edition. -   A complete copy of Sefer Mishnas D’Rabbi Akiva, authored by R. Akiva Eiger (the 1st), grandfather of the famed R. Akiva Eiger of Posna and published by his children after his death.    On pp. [3] we find an interesting dedication page to the author’s family and descendants, including R. Moshe and Rebbitzen Gittel Gunz, parents of R. Akiva Eiger. In it, he expresses blessing to his sister Gittel and her husband R. Moshe, and adds that they shall merit to see blessing from their children and especially their eldest son Akiva, who although is still young his intellect is like an adult and he studies Torah day and night. R. Akiva Eiger was born in 1761, so he was approximately 20 years old when this was published.    In good condition.
