Yosef Elazar Rosenfeld Rabbi of Freistadt. It discusses a non-Jew converting to Judaism, whether or not he is permitted to learn Torah. Written to R. Meir Stein, Rabbi of Tirnau and son-in-law of R. Shlomo Zvi Schick of Karcag.  R. Yosef Elazar Rosenfeld (1843-1919), a foremost disciple of the ”Kesav Sofer” of Pressburg and son-in-law of R.
