Written to Rabbi Dr. Avraham Harkavi, a prominent Jewish activist and scholar in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. In it, R. Isser Zalman thanks him for his support of the Yeshiva. At that time the Yeshiva was still located in Slutsk, only moving to neighboring Kletsk a short time later. Entirely handwritten in the handwriting of R. Isser Zalman‘s wife, Rebbetzin Baila Hinda.
