Eliezer Fisch of Bixad (Biksad).  An inscription written in pencil seen on flyleaf and reads: “I received this Holy Sefer as a gift from the Holy Tzaddik, R. Eliezer Fisch of Bixad. Mordechai Kleinman, 1923. Here [in the town of] Satmar”.  Printed with approbations of leading Torah scholars of Romania. R. Chaim Zvi Teitelbaum - Sighet, R. Eliezer David Grunwald - Satmar, and R.
