A collection of one hundred and thirty-four responsa on the civil laws of Choshen Mishpat. First and only edition.  R. Eliezer De Toledo was a Rabbi in Constantinople in the first half of the nineteenth century and a contemporary of R. Chiyya Pontremoli, author of Me’am Loez on Megillas Esther.  In very good condition, lacking binding. Ownership stamp of Rabbi A.L. Plotkin seen on some leaves.  [3], 196 pp.
