Chidushei HaRamban, Warsaw 1858. The Personal Copy of R. Yitzchak Leib Sofer, son of the 'Ksav Sofer'.  A complete copy of the Ramban on Shas, containing two parts. Part I contains novella on Shabbos and parts of Seder Moed. Part II contains novella on Masechta Chulin. These novella were first printed in Pressburg with the approbation of R. Yaakov Ornstein of Lvov and the Chasam Sofer. Their approbations are reprinted in this Warsaw edition as well.  Ownership signature and stamp of R. Yitzchak Leib Sofer is seen on title page. In his capacity as president of the ”Machzikei Hadas” movement (started by his father the K'sav Sofer together with the Rebbe of Belz), R. Yitzchak Leib Sofer played an active leadership role in battling the Reform movement which was prevalent in Galicia and Hungary. He authored a work entitled 'Sofer Mahir', which was first printed in 1894. Overall very good condition, water stains. Original binding.
