The Mishnayos that Belonged to the Hodászer Rebbe R. Yechezkel Rotter. With Marginal Notes in His Own Handwriting.  A complete copy of Seder Kodshim from the Lemberg Mishnayos, 1876. This is the personal copy that belonged to the Great Ga'on and Tzaddik, R. Yechezkel Rotter. With marginal notes in his own handwriting in two places. He was commonly knows as the Hodászer Rebbe although he was a Rabbi in the city of Cluj (Klausenberg). He was the son-in-law of the Holy Hodászer Rebbe R. Aharon Yeshaya Fish, and subsequently succeeded his position as the Rebbe after the death of his father-in-law. He was a Talmid of the Holy Shinover Rav R. Yechezkel Shraga Halberstam, as well as he Holy Belzer Rav R. Yissocher Dov Rokeach. In 1940, his son R. Moshe Ezriel Rotter published a pamphlet about his father's life, entitled 'Zichron Yechezkel'.  The Rebbe's personal stamp ”יחזקאל ראטטער חונה פה קלוזש יע”א” – RABINER ROTTER CHESKEL KLUJ is seen on the title page, as well as the following inscription: ”This Mishnayos belongs to me Yechezkel Rotter”. On leaf 2 an ownership inscription of his son R. Moshe Ezriel is seen.  Marginal notes in the Holy handwriting of the Rebbe are seen on pp. 2-3.  On the final flyleaf a stamp of the local Shochet of Klausenberg , as well as the Rebbe's signature in Hungarian is seen. In good condition.
