Sefer Menoras HaMaor, Furth 1767.  Sefer Menoras HaMa'or as printed in Furth in 1767, with Yiddish (Ivri-Teitch) translation.  Sefer Menoras HaMa'or was written by R. Yitzchak Abuhav, and was first printed in Mantua in 1563. Ever since, it has been extremely popular. It is said to have been favored by the Gaon of Vilna, and that the Chasam Sofer even conducted a private study session together with his daughters, teaching them Menoras HaMa'or.  The Ivri-Teitch translation was written by R. Shimon of Frankfurt, author of ”Nefesh Yehudah” commentary on Menoras HaMa'or. An ownership inscription of Shmuel Bamberger of Smeheim is seen on flyleaf. In good-very good condition. Small restoration on first 3 leaves, causing a loss a few a letters. On the second side of the title page there is a loss of text, re-written by hand in the 19th century. Besides for this, the rest of the Sefer is in very good condition. New Binding.
