Shulchan Aruch Orach Chaim with 'Even HaOzer'. First Edition, Amsterdam 1754.
A complete copy of Shulchan Aruch Orach Chaim, printed in Amsterdam in 1754. Chidushei 'Even HaOzer' was first printed in this edition, printed from the manuscript of the author, the Ga'on R. Ozer, Rabbi of Klemintob. It was printed with the approbation of leading Torah scholars, including that of the 'Pnei Yehoshua'. He writes that his approbation is not necessary, since the author was great in Torah, and has the "heart of a lion".
Ancient ownership inscription seen on title page.
2 title pages, the first one with copper engraving.
In good condition, water stains throughout. Light worming towards the end on some pages affecting some text.
