Wisconsin Illinois License Plate Lott - C-20858 c. 1970s; Oshkosh, WI & Illinois Lot of three embossed miniature license plates including two Wisconsin examples marked “Oshkosh” with 1977 registration tabs and one Illinois example. Painted metal construction with raised lettering and numbers. These smaller-format plates were commonly used for novelty, bicycle, or pedal car applications.
