After Dali ”The Ecumenical Council” Lithograph - After Salvador Dali (Spanish, 1904-1989). Lithograph print on paper titled ”The Ecumenical Council, ” 1983; after a painting by Salvador Dali of the same title completed in 1960. Depicting a monumental and faceless figure of God presiding over a coronation scene, with a dove flying above symbolizing the Holy Spirit. Featuring Dali himself seated at an easel, looking out toward the viewer as he paints the scene, while his wife and muse, Gala, sits before him portrayed as St. Helena holding a cross. Pencil signed along the lower right; numbered 193/300 along the lower left. With a Certificate of Authenticity and artist biography adhered along the verso from Austin Galleries.
