Depicting a surrealist Queen of Spades playing card. Featuring two female figures smelling red flowers amidst fish, ladybugs, and keys. Pencil signed along the lower right; editioned ”E.A.” along the lower left. Reference: Field 72-4-Q. Height: 25 3/4 in x width: 19 3/4 in. Condition: There are no tears or losses. Light frits along the extreme edges. There is are two light diagonal creases along the upper right corner. Light toning along the edges, particularly the lower edge. Minute areas of light soiling along the recto and verso. Light wear along the deckled edges. The work is not matted or framed.
