George Morrison ”Ice Flow Lake Superior” Card 1988 - George Morrison (Grand Portage Anishinaabe, 1919-2000). Offset lithograph print on a paper, personal card titled ”Ice Flow, Lake Superior, ” 1988. Featuring dense, textured black lines depicting fractured ice patterns against a stark, harsh horizon line. Pencil signed and dated along the lower right; titled along the lower left. Along the interior, the card is inscribed ”Here's my card I'm late getting some off anxious to hear anything about show.” and signed ”Happy New Year Love, George & Hazel.” Height: 3 1/2 in x width: 8 1/2 in. Condition: The card is lightly toned. No tears or losses. Light creases and handling marks, particularly along the extreme edges and corners. The work is not matted or framed.
