Bryan Hunt ”Ritual I” Bronze Sculpture - Bryan Hunt (American, b. 1947). Abstract bronze sculpture titled ”Ritual I, ” 1986. Depicting a patinated, elongated figurative form standing atop a faceted columnar base. The abstract figure leans against a long staff, its textured surface creating a draped, robe-like effect along the body. Incised signature, date, and numbered 6/6 along base. Provenance: Blum Helman Gallery, December 1988; Private Minnesota Collection. Height: 27 in x diameter: 7 in. Weight: 21 lbs. Condition: There are no bends, breaks, or losses. Verdigris patination in recessed areas appears original to the artistic process. Light wear to the underside of the base including some gathered dust.
