Including a sailboat sketch inscribed ”A sketch by David Ericson” along the upper left; and an architectural drawing inscribed ”a page from the sketchbook of David Ericson, ” along the lower margin. (Ship) Sight; height: 11 1/2 in x width: 8 1/4 in. Framed; height: 17 3/4 in x width: 14 in x depth: 3/4 in. (Building) Sight; height: 9 1/2 in x width: 8 1/4. Framed; height: 19 3/4 in x width: 13 in x depth: 3/4 in. Condition: To the drawing of the ship, there are no visible tears or losses. There is a very light crease along the lower left quadrant. To the drawing of the building, there is a possible repaired tear and small area of toned skimming along the lower left quadrant. To each, there are areas of light foxing. The sheets are toned. Each drawing is floated in frame under an acidic mat; toning to the mats. Framed under plexiglass. Light wear to the frames. Not inspected out of frame.
