French Porcelain Floral Pill Box - Small French porcelain jewelry, pill, or trinket box. Gilt metal rim. Floral spray in a cartouche surrounded by a pink ground with gilt details. Blue crown painted mark along the underside. Provenance: The Distinguished Collection of Leo & Doris Hodroff. Height: 1 in x diameter: 1 3/4 in. Condition: There are no major break or cracks. The hinges work well. Light wear to the gilt. When viewed under UV light, areas along the metal rims fluoresce, suggesting that these may have been reapplied or reattached to the porcelain.
