Meissen Porcelain Latticed Plate ca. 1860 - Meissen, Germany. Porcelain plate with floral and bird decoration, ca. 1860. With a pierced lattice rim. Blue crossed swords mark. Provenance: Le Trianon Antiques, Inc., Minneapolis, MN, October 22, 1976; The Distinguished Collection of Leo & Doris Hodroff. Height: 1 1/2 in x diameter: 10 in. Condition: There are no cracks or signs of restoration. To the pierced lattice rim, there are a few fleabite to small-sized chips, noticeable only upon close inspection. Along the underside, there are some small linear firing flaws. Very light wear to the gilt and pigment. There are a few fleabite chips along the footrim, noticeable upon touch.
