Attr. Peters & Reed Pottery ”Moss Aztec” Planter - Attributed to Peters & Reed Pottery, Zanesville, Ohio. American Arts & Crafts pottery ceramic ”Moss Aztec” jardiniere or cache pot planter, ca. 1920s. Of tapered square form depicting figural cartouches in relief along each side. The interior with glossy brown glaze. Height: 7 1/4 in x width: 8 in x depth: 8 in. Condition: To most of the jardiniere, there are no large losses. There are few minute chips along high points of the relief figures and one chip with small crack along one of the upper corners. Crazing along the interior. There are some signs of restoration. Light wear to the feet.
