Rare Roseville Pottery C22 ”Chloron” Overlaid Vase - Roseville Pottery, United States. Art Nouveau ceramic ”Chloron” line, ”C22” shape vase with sterling silver overlay, ca. 1905. Of gourd form, featuring a long a slender neck atop a globular triangular base. Depicting grapevines and foliate motifs. Ink-stamped with interlocking ”TRPCo.” (The Roseville Pottery Company) mark and ”Chloron” along the underside. Marked ”Sterling” along the footrim. Height: 8 1/2 in x diameter: 5 1/2 in. Condition: There are two losses to the overlay along the lower lobe of the vase. There are no major losses to the ceramic. There are signs of restoration along the underside. Crazing throughout. Light wear to the footrim.
