Carved stone and organic material sculpture in the form of a fly, accompanied by a stick of butter, knife, and butter dish. Resting atop a mottled stone base. Provenance: Heard Museum, Arizona; Private Collection, New York. Height: 2 1/2 in x width: 3 1/2 in x depth: 3 in. Condition: Surface wear, the fly's legs broken with some of the pieces.
